CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY: If you cancel or reschedule your cleaning less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will have to pay 50% of the cleaning cost. This fee is to cover the loss of income for the cleaner team, who could have taken another job. This policy applies to both cancellations and rescheduling within 48 hours.​

DATE AND TIME: When you book and choose a date and time that works for you, the time slot you choose is our estimated arrival window, not how long the service will take.​

PARKING NOTE: If you live in a condo home and need our service, please make sure you have a parking space available for us in the complex. Otherwise, you will have to pay a parking fee based on how long we stay. The minimum fee is for 2 hours. If you tell us to use the free common parking area and we cannot find a spot there, we will still charge you the fee.
